Shipping policy

1. General

All GANCIO products are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or for pre-ordered items.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. For larger or business orders, additional logistics arrangements can be made upon request.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands & EU: 2–7 business days

  • Outside EU: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local holidays.

5. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

6. Risk & Liability

Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Client once the goods leave our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at laura@gancio.store, including photos of the package and contents.

7. Force Majeure

In case of delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. transport strikes, customs delays, or natural disasters), GANCIO cannot be held liable, but will communicate updates promptly.
